At Decofurn Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture is disassembled if necessary and placed back into its original protective packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our specialized furniture courier to collect the items from your residence.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
